1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Duna Daurada, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid.

2.2 Deposit and Payment

  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
  • We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal

2.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

3.2 Cancellation by Duna Daurada

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Such modifications do not entitle participants to refunds if the overall experience is comparable.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Duna Daurada is not responsible for any losses not covered by insurance.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations before the tour. Some activities may not be suitable for everyone, and we reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a safety risk.

7. Liability

7.1 Our Responsibility

We take reasonable care to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants. However, travel involves inherent risks, and we cannot be held liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents during activities
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
  • Actions of third-party service providers
  • Force majeure events

7.2 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations required for entry into Morocco.

8. Conduct

We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards our staff, local communities, and fellow travelers. We reserve the right to exclude anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Duna Daurada and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use photographs and videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fes, Morocco.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
